- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 green tea bag
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1 Â½ cups frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- Â¾ cup of almond milk or regular milk
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Microwave water in a bowl/mug for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, then steep green tea bag for about 3 minutes.
Add berries, banana, milk and chia seeds and blend on high until smooth
Add green tea and honey and blend until you reach the desired consistency
