On Friday, Sept. 11 at 11:17 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on 54 Fortin Road, which led to an arrest due to the underage alcohol possession.

On Saturday, Sept. 12 at 1:57 a.m. a report of suspicious activity in the north east corner of Keaney Lot lead to an arrest. The only charges brought up were for underage alcohol possession.

On Saturday, Sept. 12, at 2:21 a.m. a report was filed regarding sex offenses on Lippitt Road.

On Tuesday, Sept. 15, at 4:58 p.m. a missing person notification was issued for Upper College Road.

On Wednesday, Sept. 16, at 1:34 a.m. a complaint was made against the Sigma Delta Tau house on Fraternity Circle and a report was filed.

On Thursday, Sept. 17, at 11:07 p.m. the smell of marijuana led the university police to the Chi Phi house on Fraternity Circle and a report was filed.

On Friday, Sept. 18, at 2:37 a.m. the university police were notified of an erratic driver on West Alumni Road. An arrest was made and the driver was charged with a DUI for drugs and alcohol, refusal to submit to a chemical test and the underage alcohol transportation. This was the driver’s first offense and their blood alcohol content is unknown.

On Saturday, Sept. 19, at 12:28 a.m., a suspicious person was reported outside Heathman Residence Hall. An arrest was made and the suspicious person was then charged with underage alcohol possession.

On Saturday, Sept. 19, at 11:40 p.m. reports of suspicious activity on Plains Road led to an arrest. The suspect was charged with underage alcohol possession.

On Sunday, Sept. 20 police were notified of an erratic driver on Upper College Road, arrests were made and the driver was charged with reckless driving, drag racing, eluding the police, obstructing an officer in execution of duty, operation of an unregistered vehicle, operating a motorcycle without the proper class of license required, operating a motor vehicle without evidence of insurance and laned roadway violations.
