Police Beat: 10/12 to 10/18

On Monday, Oct. 12. at 9:24 p.m., the smell of marijuana brought university police to the stone wall near the Wellness Center. A notification of the incident was made.

On Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 10 p.m. the university police were notified of a suspicious person outside the Chi Phi Fraternity House on Fraternity Circle. A report was filed.

On Thursday, Oct. 15, at 12:08 a.m., a report was filed for suspicious activity in the Flagg Road parking lot.

On Thursday, Oct. 15, at 12:27 a.m., a notification was made for suspicious activity on the Meade Stadium football field.

On Thursday, Oct. 15, at 4:20 p.m., a report was filed for an incident of property damage in the Keaney parking lot.

On Thursday, Oct. 15, at 9:51 p.m., university police were notified of a suspicious person outside of Heathman residence hall, on Butterfield Road. A report was filed.

On Friday, Oct.16, at 7:52 a.m., a report was filed in Dorr residence hall for an act of vandalism.

On Saturday, Oct. 17, at 1:34 a.m., university police were notified of a trespasser outside Burnside residence hall on West Alumni Road. The 17-year-old trespasser was arrested for carrying a concealed substance and was charged for the possession of marijuana, one ounce or less.

On Sunday, Oct. 18, university police were notified of an animal complaint for Heathman residence hall on Butterfield Road.
