Police Beat 1/25 – 2/2

 

On Monday, Jan. 25, at 9:16 p.m., a report was filed for a drug offense in Fayerweather Residence Hall on Complex Road.

On Thursday, Jan. 28, at 1:54 a.m., a motor vehicle stop on Old North Road led to the arrest of a 19-year-old on the charges of a first-offense DUI for drugs and alcohol, a refusal to submit to a chemical test and reckless driving. The 19 year old’s blood alcohol concentration is unknown.

On Friday, Jan. 29, at 12:44 a.m., University Police were notified of a drug offense in Fayerweather Residence Hall on Complex Road.

On Friday, Jan. 29, at 7:50 p.m., suspicious activity in the Plains Road Parking Lot led to the arrest of an 18-year-old who was charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana, one ounce or less.

On Friday, Jan. 29, at 8:54 p.m., a 19-year-old was arrested in the Plains Road Parking Lot and charged with underage possession of alcohol.

On Friday, Jan. 29, at 9:31 p.m., an arrest was made for an alcohol violation at the Ryan Center on Lincoln Almond Plaza. A 19-year-old was charged with underage possession of alcohol.

On Friday, Jan. 29, at 9:54 p.m., a 23-year-old was arrested at the Ryan Center on Lincoln Almond Plaza for disorderly conduct and trespassing upon premises/private recreational facilities.

On Friday, Jan. 29, at 10:26 p.m., University Police were notified of a 20 year old in the North Keaney Lot with alcohol. No arrests were made.

On Friday, Jan. 29, at 11:37 p.m., a report was filed for a drug offense in Peck Residence Hall on Butterfield Road.

On Saturday, Jan. 30, at 12:12 a.m., two 19-year-olds were arrested in the Dairy Barn Lot on West Alumni Avenue. They were both charged with underage possession of alcohol.

On Saturday, Jan. 30, at 12:52 a.m., a report was filed for a drug offense in Coddington Residence Hall on Complex Road.
