Police Beat 3/1 – 3/7

On Tuesday, March 1, at 12:42 a.m., a report was filed after university police were notified of a suspicious person in Browning Residence Hall, on Butterfield Road.

On Wednesday, March 2, at 11:48 a.m., a report was filed for a drug offense in Browning Residence Hall, on Butterfield Road.

On Wednesday, March 2, at 9:09 p.m., a report was filed for a drug offense in Ellery Residence Hall, on Complex Road.

On Thursday, March 3, at 2:06 a.m., university police investigated suspicious activity on Quarry Road.

On Friday, March 4, at 1:20 a.m., a report was filed after university police were notified of suspicious activity at the Chi Omega Sorority House, on Fraternity Circle.

On Friday, March 4, at 7:24 p.m., a report was filed after university police were notified of a suspicious person at the Kappa Delta Sorority House, on Fraternity Circle.

On Saturday, March 5, at 10:41 p.m., university police arrived at Fraternity Circle to follow up on a fire alarm that turned out to be false and arrested a 20 year old. The 20 year old was charged with falsely issuing a fire/police notice with intent and vandalizing.

On Sunday, March 6, at 2:19 a.m., two 18 year olds were arrested for underage possession of alcohol in Bressler Residence Hall, on Campus Avenue.

On Sunday, March 6, at 2:35 a.m., a 25 year old was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Tootell Road at Driftway 4. The 25 year old was charged with a first offense DUI of liquor/drugs and a blood alcohol concentration of .15 or greater.

On Monday, March 7, at 10:14 a.m., a report was filed after university police were notified of someone trespassing in Bressler Residence Hall, on Campus Avenue.
