Police Beat: 9/6 to 9/13

On Tuesday, Sept. 6 at 10:32 p.m., University Police were notified of suspicious activity near Fraternity Circle and a verbal warning was issued.

On Thursday, Sept. 8 at 9:51 p.m., University Police were notified of suspicious activity in the wooded area behind the Kappa Delta Sorority House, on Fraternity Circle; a report was filed.

On Thursday, Sept. 8 at 10:51 p.m., a report was filed for suspicious activity, in the wooded area behind the Kappa Delta Sorority House, on Fraternity Circle.

On Friday, Sept. 9 at 5:22 p.m., a report was filed for a drug offense in Eddy Residence Hall on Complex Road.

On Saturday, Sept. 10 at 2:50 a.m., an arrest made for an alcohol violation. An 18-year-old was charged with the underage possession of alcohol.

On Saturday, Sept. 10 at 9:23 p.m., a report was filed for a drug offense, in Burnside Residence Hall, on West Alumni Avenue.

On Saturday, Sept. 10 at 9:48 p.m., University Police were notified of an alcohol violation in Fayerweather Residence Hall, on complex road; a report was filed.

On Saturday, Sept. 10 at 9:49 p.m., a report was filed for a drug offense in Fayerweather Residence Hall, on complex road.

On Saturday, Sept. 10 at 10:06 p.m., University Police were notified of a drug offense in Adams Residence Hall, on Butterfield Road; a report was filed.

On Saturday, Sept. 10 at 11:48 p.m., an arrest was made following a report of suspicious activity in the Keaney Parking Lot. An 18-year-old was charged with possession of marijuana (1 oz or less), underage possession of alcohol, possession of schedule I, II, III, IV, and V, and the use and possession of Class C fireworks approximately valued around $500.

On Sunday, Sept. 11 at 12:22 a.m., an 18-year-old was arrested for the underage possession of alcohol.

On Sunday, Sept. 11 at 4:32 p.m., University Police were notified of an animal complaint—either domestic or wild—at Peck Residence Hall, on Butterfield Road. However, the animal was gone upon police arrival.

On Monday, Sept. 12 at 8:06 p.m., a report was filed for suspicious activity near Fraternity Circle.

On Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 9:45 p.m., University Police were notified of a drug offense near Ellery pond. However, the suspects were gone upon police arrival.
