The world’s oldest intact shipwreck has been found in the Black Sea, and carbon dating has confirmed that it is over 2,400 years old. USA Today reports that the wreck was discovered off the coast of Bulgaria 1.2 miles deep by the Black Sea Maritime Archeology Project. The group believes that it is a trading vessel once used by the Greeks, but this is the first time that a real one has been found outside of being depicted in ancient Greek pottery. It is also believed that the lack of oxygen is what has caused the ship to stay intact.

Investigators now believe that missing journalist Jamal Khashoggi, who has not been seen since Oct. 2, was not only murdered but the murder was planned days in advance.  Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan confirmed this, also saying that there is enough evidence to show that the murder was both “violent” and “savage.” He also went into detail about what Turkish investigators have found out so far about how this happened, saying that fifteen Saudi nationals are believed to have been involved, but they arrived in Istanbul on three separate flights a few days before the murder. From there, they did not go directly to the consulate, but rather met in the Belgrad forest several miles from it the day before the murder.  Investigators also said the surveillance system in the consulate was put offline, leading them to believe the operation was carefully planned.
