On Thursday, Oct. 1, at 3:03 a.m., a report was filed for suspicious activity at 8 Fraternity Circle.
On Thursday, Oct. 1, at 4:29 p.m., property damage was reported in Coddington Residence Hall.
On Saturday, Oct. 3, at 10:45 p.m., the report of a suspicious person led the University Police to Butterfield and Complex Road where an 18 year old was arrested. The 18 year old was charged with the underage possession of alcohol as well as possession of marijuana, 1 oz. or less.
On Sunday, Oct. 4, at 12:04 a.m., University Police arrived at Fraternity Circle after a notification and a report was filed against an 18 year old for the underage possession of alcohol.
On Sunday, Oct. 4, at 2:51 a.m., after being informed of a disturbance, University Police were brought to the Chi Phi Fraternity House where a 20-year-old and 19-year-old were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault or battery following an altercation at the fraternity house.
