On Monday, Nov. 2 at 5:11 p.m., university police were notified of an act of vehicular vandalism at the Chi Omega sorority house on Fraternity Circle. A report was filed.
On Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 3:13 a.m., a report of suspicious activity brought the university police to Heathman residence hall, on Butterfield Road. However, the alleged suspects could not be located.
On Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 8:22 p.m., a report was filed for a complaint regarding the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity house on West Alumni Avenue.
On Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 12:41 a.m., a motor vehicle stop on Butterfield Road at the Fascitelli Fitness & Wellness Center led to the arrest of two individuals. An 18 year old was charged with driving without a valid license, and a 41 year old was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and/or vehicle parts.
On Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 11:42 p.m., suspicious activity at Hillside residence hall was reported and a notification of the incident was made.
On Thursday, Nov. 5 at 9:10 p.m., a motor vehicle stop on Briar Lane outside the university police station led the arrest of a 37 year old. The 37 year old was charged with a DUI for drugs or alcohol as a first offense, refusal to submit to a preliminary Breathalyzer test, refusal to submit to a chemical test and parking in areas where parking/stopping is prohibited. The blood alcohol concentration of the arrested person is unknown.
On Friday, Nov. 6 at 7:49 p.m., a drug offense in Hopkins residence hall on Butterfield Road was reported and a notification of the incident was made.
On Friday, Nov. 6 at 8:16 p.m., a report of suspicious activity brought the university police to the basketball courts behind Wiley residence hall, but the alleged suspects were gone on arrival.
On Saturday, Nov. 7 at 12:50 a.m., a 19 year old was arrested on Fraternity Circle after university police received reports of suspicious activity. The 19 year old was charged with the underage possession of alcohol.
On Sunday, Nov. 8 at 10:56 p.m. university police received information about an incident regarding harassment at the Sigma Delta Tau sorority house on Fraternity Circle.
