Police Beat 3/9 – 3/13

 

On Wednesday, March 9, at 1:55 p.m., a report was filed for a larceny incident in the Memorial Union on Lower College Road.

On Wednesday, March 9, at 7:56 p.m., University Police were notified of an animal complaint, either domestic or wild, in the Plains Road parking lot.

On Thursday, March 10, at 1:26 a.m., a motor vehicle stop on Fraternity Circle led to an 18-year-old being charged with underage possession of alcohol. A report was filed but no arrests were made.

On Thursday, March 10, at 11:27 p.m., University Police were notified of suspicious activity on the south side of Hutchinson Residence Hall. A 21-year-old was arrested and the bench warrant was issued by the 6th District Court.

On Friday, March 11, at 1:47 a.m., a report was filed following a noise complaint at the Sigma Chi Fraternity house, on Fraternity Circle.

On Friday, March 11, at 9:20 p.m., after University Police were notified of suspicious activity, a 21-year-old was arrested for possession of marijuana in the Weldin Residence Hall parking lot.

On Saturday, March 12, at 2:32 a.m., a 26-year-old was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Upper College Road at Newman Hall. The 26-year-old was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.

On Saturday, March 12, at 6:14 p.m., a report was filed for an incident of assault in Bressler Residence Hall on Campus Avenue.

On Sunday, March 13, at 12:29 a.m., following a report of suspicious activity in the Flagg Road parking lot, a 20-year-old was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.
