The University of Rhode Island Police department responded to 10 medical emergencies, nine resulting in hospital transport and one well-being check resulting in transport to a hospital of the four reported this week. 

Of the 10 emergencies, two of them had three or more dispatchers arrive at the scene.

On Feb. 11, there was a drug offense at Wiley Hall resulting in a filed report. 

On Feb. 13 on Lippit Road, there was an investigated motor vehicle accident.

There were three counts of larceny and five reports of fire, two of which were false alarms. Two of the five reports had assistance rendered with one report filed. 

There were 22 vehicle stops, none of which resulted in anything but a verbal warning or citation/warning. 

On Feb. 9 there was a report of non-vehicular, non-building vandalism at the intersection of Upper College Road and Fortin Road.

On Feb. 10 there was a report filed for suspicious activity. That same day there was an unfounded instance of a suspicious person with two dispatchers called in.
